Shipping policy

Fulfillment

AntTech Airsoft Studios, LLC fulfills orders and hands off packages to the carrier Monday-Friday. We may take longer to process orders during holidays or busy periods in the year.

Order fulfillment will occur within 1-5 business days of the order being placed excluding weekends and holidays.

Pre-Order items that are not in stock at the time of purchase will be fulfilled and shipped as soon as possible.

Shipping

Customers will be responsible for applicable taxes and/or duties.

Once your order has entered the picking and packing stage, there can be NO changes made to the order. If the email is sent before the order enters this stage, we will honor the change and/or cancellation request.

Currently, AntTech Airsoft Studios, LLC ONLY ships to the 48 states. For international and territory shipping requests, please contact anthony@anttechairsoft.com via our Contact page. We will do our best to try and accommodate you!
